Give your designer the gift of time. When a designer is close to a deadline, or has found a pool of creativity, often, they forget to do important things such as eating food. Help them out by ordering a food for them or by giving them homemade food.
Something design. Whether that’s a poster, a weird light or something made of wood, designers seem to have a very specific taste in things. You might not get it, but if you can crack it you’ll make their day!
The latest, high tech… thing! Look, you don’t need to know what it is, or what it does, or why on earth it costs so much. Your designer will know and they’ll appreciate that you got them something great.
Something old. Try to find a genuine vintage article, that serves no purpose other than looking great on their desk. Extra bonus points if it has sentimental value, such as being the first computer they ever owned.
